Start the day with the new spirit. From now on, i never looked at the process but only looked at the result, the end result, the goal that i want to achieve. This vision make me feel more comfort and happy, reduce my panic attack. And thanks for my friend that give me the quotes at the beginning of the day. Two quotes but it's really open my eyes and heart.
